We are located over 2 sites – the Farnham Centre for Health in central Farnham as well as Lodge Hill Road, Lower Bourne. Both are recently built premises and the Farnham Centre for Health also provides radiography, a renal dialysis unit and a pharmacy.

The practice consists of 6 GPs and 2 GP retainers as well as 5 practice nurses. Our practice’s ethos is to provide family based care provided in a modern and progressive environment.

The practices merged in April 2008 with the purpose of being able to deliver wider ranging services to our patients and to enable us to re-design existing services to the needs of our patients.

Extra services currently offered (both NHS and private) consist of counselling, phlebotomy, physio, audiology clinic, coil fitting and checking, hormone implants, minor surgery and automated telephone booking.

Please feel free to browse the rest of our website to get a feel of what we are about and what we can offer you and your family.

If you wish to join our practice please complete the appropriate forms which can be downloaded from the Practice Leaflets page.
