Appointments available are GP appointments for a specific or any doctor, blood tests with the phlebotomists and disease reviews with the nurses. If you need to book standard nurse appointments or if you cannot use the automated system you can ring the main reception from 8.00 FCfh & 8.30 Bourne, for appointments on that day and from 2.00 for appointments during the afternoon
Please note that emergency appointments are for 5 minutes only during which time the doctor will only discuss the current problem. If your problem requires more time, you may be asked to book a routine appointment.
Telephone consultations are available with the doctors. If you wish to speak to a doctor or nurse on the phone you will be given a time when they will ring you back.
Child Health/Child Immunisation clinics are run each week.
Chronic Disease clinics run by the nurses run throughout the week at both sites. All diabetic patients will be seen at the Farnham Centre for Health by our specialist diabetic nurse, Jane Thurston.
Phlebotomy clinics run throughout the week also at both sites.
The Surgery at the Bourne is closed between 1.00-2.00pm.
The Results Line for patients registered at The Bourne (01252 730109) will be open between 12.00-1.00pm, Monday-Friday. (Surgery No: 01252 730100). Please note results cannot be given out over the main surgery number.
